A dish that leaves its mark


O3 Gastronomy

Our idea was inspired by the concept of StreetFood: eating in the street, outdoors, in a park, in an area with views, with friends on the floor. Fast food without compromising quality. A sole as the symbol of the take away; of urban brands on the concrete; of personalized footprints.

Along with chef Jordi Martínez from O3 Gastronomy (JaujaZoco Bar and Llámame Lola) and manufactured in glass by craftswoman Sara Sorribes, we designed a glassware inspired by this concept: the street, walking, take away food, modernity and variety. The result is a glassware which imitates the soles of trainers and which holds a mini shrimp burger from Denia with squid ink bread.
